As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency by designing, developing, and deploying high-quality RPA solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and transform them into effective RPA solutions, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, definition, and high-level design of RPA solutions.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide effort estimates for new initiatives.
- Define the scope of RPA projects and provide consultancy to the RPA team.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for the RPA COE team.
- Collaborate with teams to implement and adopt RPA bots across various business units.
- Manage and configure Automation A360 products.
- Review developers’ code to ensure high quality and compliance with corporate standards.
- Facilitate continuous improvement sessions for knowledge sharing and brainstorming.
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology or similar.
- Preferred SAFe or Agile Scrum Master certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Automation Anywhere Platform.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
- Experience in Software Development, primarily in RPA and Scripting technologies.
- Familiarity with API services (SOAP and REST) and cloud deployment of RPA solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of MS SQL Database management.
