As a Manager in Technology Consulting specializing in SAP Supply Chain Management, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses harness the potential of their IT investments amid a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service by advising on technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence that drive performance improvements.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of project managers and supervisors through the entire project lifecycle to ensure the delivery of projects that meet defined objectives. You will be involved in establishing appropriate governance structures for Project Management Offices (PMO), managing timelines, and mitigating risks and issues. You will also engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive successful program delivery.

- Lead a team to ensure projects are delivered on scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Profile Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation, with a minimum of 6 project implementations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering digital transformation projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Solid consulting and SAP implementation background.
- Strong program management and broad SAP application skills.
- Experience in financial operations and various functional areas within SAP.
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Expertise in SAP Activate/Agile/Hybrid implementation methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Additional Requirements:
- Approximately 10 to 12 years of total experience in SAP implementation and management of supply chain streams.
- Candidate must be an Arabic speaker.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements in a consulting environment.
