As the Artificial Intelligence Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining AI frameworks and leading an Agile scrum team focused on developing and implementing AI solutions across various aspects of our airline operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, establish technical strategies, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Definition: Develop AI frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to the airline industry.
- Scrum Team Leadership: Lead an Agile scrum team of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
- AI Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and prioritize initiatives according to strategic goals.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with AI technologies, trends, and research to drive innovation and improve AI capabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of AI solutions delivered to the organization.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in AI development, focusing on defining frameworks, leading teams, and delivering AI solutions.
- Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI domains, with hands-on experience implementing AI algorithms and models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, along with experience in AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the airline industry or a related field is preferred.
