As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality SaaS platforms that meet the needs of our customers and align with our product strategy. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define requirements, manage project scope, schedule, and risks, and communicate project status and outcomes. You will also demonstrate strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Work with product management to understand product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from design to delivery and ongoing operation.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, design, QA, and other teams.
- Track and report on project progress, milestones, deliverables, and quality metrics.
- Identify, anticipate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and integration of product features and dependencies across multiple products and platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in product development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management, product management, software engineering, or related roles and overall 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing multiple complete product development cycles, from ideation to launch and operation.
- Experience in working with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
