As a member of the Education team, you will be responsible for both internal and external education in cyber-security areas such as digital forensics and incident response. Your role will include training delivery, course development, and documentation support. You will prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate keen attention to detail, resulting in high-quality work products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom training to various technical audiences.
- Support cyber-security course development efforts, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, and reviewing training content.
- Coach students and assess their technical capabilities during simulated attack scenarios.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, including slide decks, lab exercises, and course descriptions.
- Foster effective relationships and collaborate within all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber-security, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions for various formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, micro-learning).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English for collaboration with internal partners and customer teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a technical trainer, professional services consultant, or equivalent technical position.
- 2 years of experience delivering Instructor Led Training and Virtual Instructor Led Training courses in cyber-security-related topics (e.g., digital forensics, intrusion detection, incident response, cyber threat intelligence) to highly technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly in live presentations.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, as this is a client-facing role.
