The Job In a Nutshell
We are seeking a senior software engineer proficient in designing and developing applications for Apple’s iOS platform. This role requires a deep understanding of iOS frameworks, design patterns, and user interface standards. You will be responsible for creating apps that deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience, adhering to Apple’s guidelines and standards. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the app development lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Develop a solid understanding of the iOS SDK and frameworks, such as UIKit and GCD.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Swift and experience with Auto Layout.
- Utilize TDD and testing frameworks in your development process.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the native mobile app ecosystem.
- Integrate RESTful APIs effectively.
- Manage threads and memory proficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions.
- Profile app performance for user experience, memory management, and battery efficiency.
- Apply software engineering patterns and best practices in your development work.
What Are We Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
Skills
- Proficient in Swift, Kotlin, and Flutter.
