About The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly talented Senior iOS Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the latest software development methodologies to provide best-in-class software solutions.
- Analyze product requirements to understand engineering needs, evaluate technical feasibility, estimate efforts, and collaborate with the Product Team to deliver solutions.
- Assist in building development components and manage the programming of different solution components to transform requirements into functional software.
- Document all coding steps to ensure clarity and facilitate future modifications and maintenance.
- Write unit, integration, and UI/Snapshot tests, and investigate and resolve issues and bugs through patches and other means.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assist in code reviews and deliver code review reports accordingly.
- Perform functional and module testing to ensure the functionality of delivered solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on product development, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Assist in user trials and acceptance testing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a solid understanding of design patterns and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Swift and experience with high-quality, testable code, alongside familiarity with modern mobile architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of iOS dynamic and static frameworks, and iOS Test Automation frameworks (e.g., XCUI, EarlGrey).
- Demonstrated engineering excellence with a proven track record impacting the development of complex systems.
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple projects, with experience using versioning tools.
- A passion for elegant designs, with experience in Android or Flutter being a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, JSON, versioning tools (preferably Git), and REST APIs.
- Understanding of ObjC code and architectures like MVC, MVVM, and VIPER.
- A commitment to writing unit tests and creating maintainable architectures.
- Experience with Firebase, Google Maps, Fastlane, and payment providers (Apple Pay, Checkout.com) is a plus.
- Understanding of Modular App Architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Great understanding of App Store Review Guidelines and Human Interface Guidelines.
