IBM is seeking a KSA Events Manager located in Riyadh, SA, to join our Enterprise Operations team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about B2B events, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional attendee experiences that have a measurable impact. The IBM event team plans and executes top-tier virtual, in-person, and hybrid events to generate new pipelines, build brand awareness, and ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Management

  • Conceptualization: Develop event concepts aligned with brand goals.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee venue, catering, and transportation.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  • On-site Management: Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown.

• Marketing and Promotion

  • Content Creation: Create event invitations and promotional materials.
  • Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to engage attendees.

• Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Goal Setting: Define event objectives and KPIs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on event performance.
  • ROI Analysis: Assess event ROI for future planning.

• Collaboration and Team Leadership
