The Country Brand Sales Manager is primarily responsible for leading and directing the sales efforts within the KSA market, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue growth and market penetration, as well as fostering strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in crafting and executing sales strategies while maintaining a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs within KSA.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the sales team to execute sales strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support the growth of team members and always ensure working with the best talent.
- Drive collaboration between sales and relevant departments to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in meeting sales targets.
- Prepare and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to KSA’s specific needs and opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to deliver exceptional service with a portfolio of transformational engagements while maintaining organizational integrity.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the sales team, encouraging a challenger mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize resource utilization within the sales team to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
- Engage with senior customer prospects to understand their business challenges and position IBM solutions effectively.
- Maintain a strong presence as a market thought leader and evangelist through various channels such as LinkedIn, news articles, and keynote speaking engagements.
- Coach and develop sales team members to foster talent and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Address any concerns or challenges within the sales function proactively and constructively.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Expertise in technical sales, specializing in cloud, data, AI, security, storage, or automation.
- Proven ability to align technical solutions with client needs and clearly convey their business value.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent overachievement of sales quotas in complex technical sales.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders in deals ranging from $100k to $1 million or more.
- Experience in agile and modern sales methodologies to drive customer engagement.
