Kyndryl Graduate Program – IT Strategy Consultant

As an IT Strategy Consultant within the Kyndryl Graduate Program, you will embark on an immersive learning journey focused on developing essential business and consulting skills. The program lasts two years and includes rotation, shadowing, and specialization opportunities. You will support diverse clients across various IT domains including Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Applications, Data, Network, and Mainframe.

Your Role:

• Provide consulting services by developing technology solutions and offering IT strategy insights.
• Advise clients on improving service delivery and adopting modern operating models.
• Analyze and optimize IT processes and governance.
• Design enterprise operating models and governance structures.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Recent graduate with up to two years of work experience; experience in consulting is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of core cloud services (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud), IT management consulting methods, IT operations, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Skills:
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong team player with a growth mindset, passionate about IT and its impact on business transformation.

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
