Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Saudi national to join our team as a Cyber Security Senior Manager. In this leadership role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring overall accountability for compliance with cybersecurity requirements, regulations, and laws set by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) and other governing bodies in KSA. The position involves overseeing operational security, supporting client onboarding initiatives, and conducting security due diligence to respond to client and bank security questionnaires. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with SAMA's Cyber Security Framework, National Cybersecurity Authority Essential Cybersecurity Controls, and other KSA cybersecurity regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the primary authority for compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Operational Security: Implement and oversee security measures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Policy Adherence: Align cybersecurity policies with regulatory frameworks and oversee their implementation.
  • Client Onboarding Support: Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks for onboarding clients meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments during client onboarding.
  • Client Education: Collaborate with clients to educate them on cybersecurity requirements.
  • Security Due Diligence: Lead the response to security questionnaires from clients, ensuring detailed and accurate information.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation related to security controls for due diligence processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance security due diligence processes based on client feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate compliance requirements to internal and external stakeholders, fostering awareness and adherence.

Qualifications:

  • Saudi national with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in cybersecurity management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, CRFR, MVC, and other KSA regulations.
  • Strong understanding of operational security practices in a corporate environment.

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in managing cybersecurity compliance programs in the financial sector.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic regulatory environment.
