You will be joining the Data & Services team, which is a key differentiator for Mastercard. This agile team provides cutting-edge services to help our customers grow, combining management consulting with advanced data assets and in-house technology. We aim to provide powerful strategic insights and recommendations through our data-driven technologies and innovative services, which encompass consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, and risk management services.

Role
As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading engagements across various industries and project types, including consulting services, Test & Learn, and data analytics. You will guide project delivery teams to achieve top-tier insights and project deliverables, while providing industry expertise and mentoring junior members. Responsibilities will involve managing mid- to senior-level client relationships and understanding client agendas and relationship dynamics to drive business value.

You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring teammates outside of direct engagements and contributing to Mastercard’s knowledge management practices, ensuring impactful transformations for our clients while influencing the organization’s future.

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate or master’s degree, with extensive work experience in consulting.
  • Proven experience managing multiple people across various projects and acting as a people manager.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, capable of structuring analyses for data-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of the payments and retail banking industries is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and local languages, with an ability to establish and maintain relationships with mid- and executive-level clients.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to navigate fast-paced environments while optimizing limited resources.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SQL/data expertise preferred.
