Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for clients.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology issues using best practices and methodologies.
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing insights with teams.
- Chart your development journey through formal training and mentoring from partners, focusing on areas of personal interest.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- 2+ years of business/private sector experience with a proven drive for personal growth; international experience is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology and digital advisory and implementation (IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data transformation) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services.
- Proven ability to implement digital and technology strategies that align with clients' strategic goals and drive innovation.
- Experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services organizations, including process re-engineering and change management.
- Ability to manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects effectively.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills, showcasing a high commitment to client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
