Position

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant - Digital to join our team in the Middle East. In this role, you will manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

As a consultant, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key technology decision-makers, helping them navigate their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities. You will develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans, demonstrate problem-solving capabilities to address complex technology problems, and contribute to strengthening the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of technology consulting engagements for financial services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities.
  • Develop technology roadmaps that align with business goals and enhance digital transformation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide mentorship to peers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
  • 4+ years of business experience with a track record of achievements; international experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services, particularly in banking, insurance, wealth, asset management, or public finance.
  • Understanding of technology/digital advisory and implementation; experience in IT transformation is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to client service.
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized projects within financial services organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Language Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
