- The CPMM will lead a team of Project Managers and Project Directors to drive the successful execution and delivery of projects.
- This position involves a mix of working from office/home and travel up to 20% of workable time.
- The role focuses on nurturing customer relationships, championing high quality throughout presales and delivery, and aligning delivery to successful customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 10+ years of experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, practice management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 12+ years of experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, or practice management OR leading portfolio management, complex programs, or revenue-driven programs OR equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 5+ years of consulting, professional services, or related financial management experience.
Responsibilities
- Account Delivery Management: Support strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio to ensure service delivery is on track and progressing as expected.
- Relationship Development: Manage customer relationships across assigned accounts, driving intentional customer conversations to nurture deeper relationships and progress opportunities.
- Presales and Contracting: Partner with pursuit teams to ensure high quality in deal and contract constructs, aligning Consulting Project Managers for successful delivery.
- Delivery Management: Oversee a Consulting Project Manager delivery team, driving delivery excellence, maturity, and quality.
- Portfolio Management: Review portfolio health, ensuring methodologies, processes, tools, and standards are consistently leveraged.
- Monitoring and Controlling: Establish governance rhythms over the portfolio of customer engagements, manage business Key Performance Indicators to agreed standards, and step in to remediate where necessary.
- Business Growth: Manage all aspects of the financial health of the portfolio, driving incremental business growth and recognizing strategic opportunities.
