Senior UI Designer

Our client is a newly set-up crypto exchange based in Dubai, seeking a passionate and skilled Senior UI Designer to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong eye for design, a user-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Lead UI design for both mobile and web products.
• Collaborate with product and interaction teams to conceptualize and provide flexible visual solutions.
• Monitor and analyze product feature data, making timely adjustments.
• Stay updated on design trends, research target user aesthetic preferences, and optimize existing products.
• Develop and refine design methodologies, standardize design processes, and continuously improve design efficiency.

What You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in internet or mobile internet design, proficient in iOS/Android design principles.
• Ability to efficiently understand product and interaction design concepts, with keen judgment on visual design feasibility.
• Detail-oriented with a pixel-perfect approach; passionate about interactive animations.
• Maintain design integrity under high-pressure situations from stakeholders and product teams.
• Interest in cutting-edge design exploration, self-motivated, able to accurately express ideas through design.
• Mastery of visual design software including Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
