Position

As a Senior Data Insights & Analytics Specialist at Allianz Partners – Global Health Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Data Insights Manager in shaping the company's strategic performance and decision-making by assisting with management projects and providing insights and analytics. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring operational excellence through providing meaningful, aligned data insights across AP International Health business units and entities.

You will lead data-driven projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness, actively participate in strategic planning sessions to provide recommendations based on data, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor team members on data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Celonis).
  • Lead data-driven initiatives and projects.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations in strategic planning.
  • Supervise and coach the data team, maintaining and enhancing reports and dashboards based on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with various functions to provide expert insights and fill gaps in analysis.
  • Establish best practices and monitor the effectiveness of reporting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Medical background required.
  • Experience in Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.
  • Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
