About The Department
The Customer engagement department is a key strategic function within Novo Nordisk, responsible for driving actionable insights and supporting decision-making across the APAC region. The position
As a Senior Manager, Business Insights at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and drive initiatives within business insights, acting as a contact point in our APAC Regional office.
  • Foster innovation and trends in the business insights space, including advanced analytics and machine learning models.
  • Own the APAC Business Insights strategy and execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to generate functional insights.
  • Assess the data foundation, maturity, and level of adoption in the affiliates and partner with them to develop action plans aligned with the BI strategy, such as master data management, data quality and governance, data taxonomy, common data platform, migration to PowerBI, and Insights Hub development.
  • Support APAC affiliates in developing market fit approaches aligned with the roadmap and integrating with Future Frontline Customer Engagement (FFCE) aspirations for data maturity and roadmap and insights generation.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in business insights, market research, competing intelligence or data transformation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into functional insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
