Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive testing strategy focusing on software and hardware components, with an emphasis on retail sector solutions
- Determine quality assurance parameters, track product quality metrics, and provide reports
- Design and implement automated E2E tests in collaboration with the technical team
- Mentor junior QA staff and establish QA best practices
- Collaborate with a cross-functional development team to ensure quality standards
- Advise on tools, coverage, and frameworks to enhance accuracy, repeatability, and scalability of releases
