In this role, you will drive incremental business results within a team of Partner managers in various Mid-Market industries by:

- Acting as a business partner for Saudi Sales teams, partners, and their enterprise strategic customer plans.
- Driving targeted, scalable industry sales plays with your team and the full ecosystem.
- Focusing on earlier and closer engagements to help drive pipeline velocity & predictability.
- Understanding partner C-level teams’ go-to-market strategies and supporting our corporate ambitions in SaaS and Cloud technology.
Work Conditions

- Experience level: 6 to 10+ years.

- Comfortable working in a remote, non-routine, and complex work environment.

- Experience building a pipeline within a partner organization.
- Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) in management positions (minimum 5 years).
- Proven sales experience in a channel environment.

Responsibilities
- Pull partners into Oracle business opportunities and manage third-party transactions.
- Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products.
- Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and the direct sales team.
- Increase revenue from partner sources through a leveraged partnering model.
- Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts.
- Educate partners in Oracle commercial practices and articulate Oracle propositions to partners and customers.
- Manage transaction contracts, business practices, and deal booking issues.
- Work with marketing to plan marketing events for partners.
