Position

As a Cloud Solution Senior Manager for the KSA Market at Oracle, you will grow, develop, inspire, and lead a diverse organization of highly motivated and customer-centric cloud architect teams. Your role will involve providing leadership on technical cloud solutions and ensuring customer success by defining and implementing best practices in customer engagement. You will work closely with sales leadership to foster effective collaboration aimed at achieving common goals. This position requires building structures and cultures that allow your team to leverage expertise across Oracle's diverse technology engineering ecosystem, enabling the successful development and execution of complex customer projects on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources collaborating with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and implement cloud solutions.
  • Establish business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure achievement of goals.
  • Provide leadership in technical cloud solutions and customer success.
  • Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to high-level customers and at conferences.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies to maintain expertise.
  • Oversee implementation, ensuring successful deployments through direction on code development and scripting.
  • Support customer engagement from Proof of Concept (POC) to production deployment, including resource configuration management and customer training.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for technology and experience in a sales consulting, technical architecture, or technical sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Broad knowledge of cloud marketplace dynamics and region-specific industry trends, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Ability to articulate business value and benefits of technology solutions in terms of TCO and ROI.
  • Strategic planner with capabilities to develop and execute strategies for market penetration and growth.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
