RODOD Siebel Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Siebel Configuration Specialist with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Telecom, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Experience in handling demands around Siebel deployed in the RODOD stack is an absolute must.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications according to business needs.
• Develop and maintain Siebel workflows, business components, applets, and screens.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Assist in the deployment and migration of Siebel configurations across environments.
• Document configuration processes, changes, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Siebel CRM applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Siebel releases and enhancements.
