Oracle’s Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGIU) focuses on project-intensive industries such as engineering and construction, aerospace and defense, utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, automotive, financial services, communications, travel and transportation, and healthcare. The CEGIU has numerous products that support Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software such as Unifier, P6, Aconex, OPPM, and Oracle Primavera Cloud (formerly Prime), which encompass resource allocation, cost reduction, supply-chain efficiency, and decision-making using real-time data for the enterprise market.
Responsibilities
- Lead a project team in delivering an Oracle Cloud or On-Prem technology solution for small, medium, and large projects.
- Manage all project resources, including subcontractors.
- Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status updates to the customer.
- Oversee scope, cost, schedule, and contractual results while applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
- Create and manage an overall project plan, including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs for one or more Oracle engagements.
- Monitor and report progress and changes against the plan.
- Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
- Previous proven experience in leading full life cycle implementations of SaaS products.
- PM Methodology certification.
- Scrum Master certification.
