Senior Solution Architect: CareAware

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications, applying your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Health’s innovations, creating and maintaining documentation, and focusing on incident resolution to deliver measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide solution oversight and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues.
• Lead client meetings and events.
• Drive internal team initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working with CareAware solution modules (at least 6+ years).
• Sound knowledge of CareAware iBus and Device Integration.
• Software implementation experience (at least 3+ years).
• Health care information technology experience (at least 3+ years).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with Oracle Health Millennium.
• Experience in a Support or Application Managed Services organization.
