We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, each team operates with high autonomy and is responsible for its own services. You will develop and deploy code, and take full ownership of the software you create. Your production code will need to be safeguarded by unit and integration tests, comply with static analysis, and follow a gradual deployment process while being monitored for business KPIs. Quality is a top priority for us.
Collaboration and communication are key in our environment. You will be using the right tools for the job and evaluating new technologies that could benefit our work. Our infrastructure is robust, featuring thousands of servers across multiple data centers, with 10,000 Kubernetes pods and processing 5 million requests per second.
You will not only write code but also deliver direct value to our business. This means understanding the domain, analyzing data, identifying problems, collaborating with your colleagues, implementing solutions, and measuring the results. Comfort in communicating in English and working with global teams is essential.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in software development
- Experience in developing large-scale data-intensive systems, preferably web systems
- Proven ability to bring advanced algorithms to production
- Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing at scale
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and an eagerness to share knowledge
