The Project Manager will provide project oversight, coordination, and administration for designated projects in our Points ecosystem portfolio. This includes planning, organizing, leading, and controlling project activities. The successful candidate will manage resources (time, scope, and people) for the delivery of multiple projects in a complex, evolving environment. You will be responsible for driving project momentum, reviewing and communicating project progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and partner visions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and hands-on project and vendor management expertise to ensure successful delivery of portfolio products.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-value products.
  • Manage project governance, scope, risk, quality, issue management, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Produce project management-related business analyses, such as status reports and issue logs.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning to ensure high-quality project work.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of software implementation project management experience, preferably in the software/ecommerce industry.
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in a technical environment.
  • Project leadership skills with the ability to execute under pressure.
  • Exposure to various project management methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Comfortable joining late-night or early morning meetings as required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
