Position

Presight Kazakhstan is seeking a proactive and energetic Office Manager to lead office operations in our Kazakhstan office. In this role, you will work closely with teams in both Kazakhstan and our head office in Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with established best practices while adapting them to the local context. You will be responsible for managing office services, facilities, and operational procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance the employee experience across all Kazakhstan operations. The Office Manager will be based in Presight’s Kazakhstan Office located in Astana city.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the day-to-day smooth functioning of the office, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the office space.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative matters, including document management and courier services.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Assist employees with travel arrangements and visa-related documentation.
  • Oversee translation and printing services.
  • Take initiative to identify and address any office inefficiencies.
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and facilities issues.
  • Manage office access control, including keys, security passes, and visitor access.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, furniture, and inventory in alignment with approved budgets.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including desk setup, IT equipment distribution, and office orientation.
  • Act as a liaison between the representative office and the head office in Abu Dhabi for operational updates and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on office operations, facilities status, and project updates for the head office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–4 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative support, preferably in an IT/tech environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset to support employees and visitors.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and coordinating with remote teams (e.g., head office in Abu Dhabi).
