Within the Strategy & Analytics team, we are seeking a talented Product Analytics Manager responsible for partnering with product management to deliver analytically driven solutions that create business impact. You will work with an exceptional group of former consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and the Big 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own workstreams to deliver data-driven business and product insights for strategic initiatives.
- Conduct detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and set targets.
- Collaborate with various functions within the company and present findings to organizational leaders.
- Establish and manage partnerships with product management to ensure initiatives are data-driven.
- Assess campaigns, product features, or client performance with clear recommendations.
- Deliver reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions and performance management.
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm.
- Experience with Product, CRM, and Growth departments.
- Proven ability to manage a small team and deliver analytics projects impacting business processes.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Tableau; experience in product analytics and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills:
- Strong presentation skills for senior audiences with a compelling narrative.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, especially in technical content.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders effectively.
