Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize identity management using JumpCloud directory platform for user access and security.
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives including phishing prevention training and advanced protection protocols.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for operational continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively research and implement new technical solutions to enhance productivity.
Ideal Profile:
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience with expertise in network management and infrastructure maintenance.
- Knowledge of JumpCloud or similar identity management software.
- Familiarity with SentinelOne or similar security management software.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across diverse hardware, software, and networking environments.
- Experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify, ShipStation, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Strong cybersecurity awareness with experience in implementing protection protocols.
