As a Sr. Services Solutions Consultant, you will lead with innovative thinking, grow alongside us, and join the smartest team in the industry. This position offers the opportunity to create innovative data management solutions in a collaborative environment, mentoring peers, and engaging directly with customers to solve complex business challenges.
You will partner with Sales, SE, and Product teams to develop highly scalable and resilient solutions that drive measurable business value for our customers. You will also play a key role in closing significant deals while fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and develop new-to-market offerings to strategically drive new business in enterprise accounts.
- Mentor and support services solutions consultants, fostering their professional development.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with customers, understanding their unique business needs.
- Design and build large-scale data management solutions, delivering high-impact presentations and advanced solution designs.
- Analyze requirements and perform advanced solution designs across our product and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in selling into industry verticals, with 7+ years in designing solutions (virtualization, storage, security, and networking).
- Certifications: Recognized industry certifications preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Quota-bearing experience and expert knowledge of the sales process, including developing ROI models and value-based selling.
- Technical Skills: High degree of technical competency in data management/protection/migration, analytics/AI/ML, business applications, and multi-cloud strategies.
- Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
- Language Requirements: Bilingual/Native English and fluent Arabic skills required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
