About the Job
At PwC, we measure success by our ability to create value for our clients and our people. Our reputation is built on lasting relationships and a continuous focus on delivering value. Established in the region for 40 years, PwC Middle East employs over 4,200 people across 12 countries, offering tailored solutions that help clients navigate the challenges and opportunities of doing business in the Middle East and beyond.

The Risk & Quality team is driving significant change across information and cyber security by creating a centralized model for security services across its global network. The Network Information Security (NIS) team operates outside of the Information Technology (IT) department, focusing on the execution of our global Cyber Readiness Program, which aims to identify, control, and reduce the attack surface while increasing the cost of attacks from adversaries.

As part of this initiative, the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) pillar within NIS is responsible for engagement governance, measurement, and service interface, working closely with stakeholders to align security strategies with business needs. The core team comprises areas aimed at delivering engagement and governance to ensure compliance with PwC's Information Security Policy (ISP) and other regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships across PwC member firms.
  • Map existing member firm services to NIS service catalogue.
  • Define the roadmap for the integration of member firm services into NIS shared services.
  • Provide consultancy throughout service integration, capturing metrics aligned with service integration and adoption.
  • Drive the quality of service to stakeholders.

Core Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in information security, IT management, or major program management.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and business understanding of PwC's operating environment and threat landscape.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical staff and non-technical stakeholders.

An effective candidate will possess the ability to ask insightful questions, navigate a complex matrix organization, and build solid relationships that contribute to a collaborative working environment. They will demonstrate autonomy in executing tasks aligned with the CISO pillar and positively influence the working dynamics within the team and across the broader network.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 20% travel may be expected.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your cyber security skills while contributing to a significant global initiative within PwC.
