The Senior Solution Engineer will be an integral part of our presales organization, working with large, global customers to architect world-class experience management (XM) programs that drive tangible business value. This role will focus on significant Corporate and Enterprise deals based out of our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Guide customers in applying our technology to their organizations.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Design and present tailored Qualtrics software solutions.
  • Collaborate with management of customer organizations to help in sales planning and business development.
  • Architect and prototype solutions for customers, demonstrating product strengths compared to competitors.
  • Engage with product development teams to enhance Qualtrics products based on feedback.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years of prior presales or technical experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment, especially with Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical aspects of SaaS software, including security and API protocols.
  • Energetic self-starter comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with Customer and/or Employee Experience software systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
