About The Role

We are looking for Mid and Senior Android Developers who are eager to collaborate closely with product designers and other team members throughout the feature development process. Our Technology team is dedicated to building world-class financial products from scratch, and we value collaboration and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with product designers on new feature design and prototyping.
• Assisting in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release.
• Defining and implementing creative solutions to complex problems in collaboration with design and business teams.
• Maintaining visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app.
• Prototyping new user interactions based on feedback.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) of experience in Android development.
• Strong understanding of the Android SDK.
• Experience with apps that support multiple Android devices.
• Ability to collaborate on software projects that incorporate design and backend elements.
• A quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven attitude, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in English.

• A GitHub account showcasing your projects.
• Experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with TDD (Test-Driven Development).
