In this role, you will manage the web development team and deliver high-performing, secure, and scalable web applications. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to bring digital products to life while ensuring excellence in architecture, performance, and user experience. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior developers and integrating third-party APIs, playing a key role in driving Riyadh Air’s digital transformation.

You will align web development initiatives with overall business goals through strategic thinking and a deep understanding of project objectives. By identifying innovative solutions and staying current with industry trends, you will continuously enhance web applications while ensuring high-quality code and user experience.

About You: Degree qualified, you must demonstrate at least 10 years of web development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. You have a proven track record of managing development teams and delivering robust, end-to-end web projects using modern frameworks and technologies.

Experience in API integration, security and compliance, and mentoring development teams to achieve engineering excellence will be highly valued.
