Senior Software Engineer
Independently scopes, estimates and develops technical solutions. Gives deliverables which are timely and of high quality. Helps in team initiatives and help team work towards company goals.

Responsibilities:

You'll develop optimized and modular components with minimal guidance.
Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible solutions.
Pair with team members on functional and nonfunctional requirements and spread.
Improve the code quality across the team.
Coordinate with cross functional teams (Mobile, DevOps, UX, QA etc.) on planning and execution.
Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across cross functional teams in a global environment.
Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments.
Research new technologies and tools that enable the business and the team

Requirements:

4 years of Experience with front-end / Back-end development and in React for a minimum of 2 years.
Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Redux & middleware and its core principles.
Write JS unit and integration test cases.
Have experience with Server-Side Rendering
Experience with Core Web Vitals, Page speed optimizations, Performance Improvements, Lighthouse reports generation
Ability to scope, review, and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency risks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with mentoring Juniors
