We are looking for a passionate individual to join us as a Slack Specialist Solution Engineer, where you'll help build solutions that revolutionize collaboration and productivity in the workplace.

As a Solutions Engineer at Slack, you will:

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries, addressing critical business challenges.
  • Conduct discovery processes to understand customers' current pains and align solutions to their business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that showcase Slack's unique offerings.
  • Collaborate with customers to design Slack-based solutions that provide significant value and drive business impact.
  • Ensure customers are confident in how Slack maintains industry-leading security for their organizations.
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure key business objectives and technical requirements are met.
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales, providing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Recommended 2+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization, particularly focusing on enterprise customers.
  • Experience in positioning Slack for software engineering teams and involvement with at least one other line of business or industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • A consultative approach to solving business challenges, with a track record of overcoming technical and security objections.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving product and market landscape.

Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
