Cybersecurity Senior Engineer

About the Job:
Responsible for the technical execution and delivery of a range of lifecycle OT & IT Cybersecurity solutions and services for external customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical execution and delivery of cybersecurity solutions to clients, including managing implementation, conducting site visits, and providing training.
• Ensure the necessary cybersecurity infrastructure supports Schneider Electric applications and gather requirements for cybersecurity projects.
• Act as a technical consultant to identify and discuss new Cybersecurity opportunities, helping customers define needs and assessing vulnerabilities.
• Lead and manage cybersecurity projects for OT systems and networks, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity controls to protect OT systems and networks.
• Assess and analyze the cybersecurity posture of OT systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation measures.
• Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance on OT cybersecurity best practices and technologies.
• Assist with the design, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls for OT systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate cybersecurity into OT projects and operations.
• Stay updated on the latest OT cybersecurity trends, threats, and practices.
• Develop and deliver OT cybersecurity training to customers and team members.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and guide remediation efforts.
• Lead Cybersecurity factory and site Acceptance testing (FAT/SAT).
• Create and present technical documentation (FDS, DDS, FAT, MOS, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in OT Industrial Control Systems (DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, Data Historians).
• Understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks (NIST, NCSC, ISO 270001, COBIT) and ICS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS).
• Excellent consultancy, communication, and analytical skills.
• Effective stakeholder management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (fluency in another language is an advantage).
• 3+ years of experience in networks.
• 5+ years in installation and management of network-based firewalls (preferably Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
• 5+ years of network troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing network-based Intrusion Detection products.
• 5+ years of advanced systems administration (Windows Active Directory).
• Experience in implementing End-Point security solutions and EDR (Antivirus, Data Leakage Prevention).
• Experience in implementing system backup and patch management solutions.
• 3+ years of scripting and programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
