The Senior Tech Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive IT support services to end users, engaging with business stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting various technology projects including AI, ML, and RPA. This on-site, full-time role requires a proactive approach to ensure seamless IT operations and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support including hardware services and L1 support for audio/visual equipment.
- Deliver hands-on assistance for infrastructure and connectivity tasks.
- Offer high-level VIP support for special events and meetings.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and deliver solutions.
- Support AI, ML, and RPA use cases/projects and engage in discussions around flagship initiatives.
- Act as the single point of contact for digital across all business domains.
- Ensure accountability for digital activities in the cluster.
- Promote change management and new working methods.
- Uphold Schneider Digital Strategy and ensure proper management of local equipment and data.
- Serve as a digital citizen model and IT role model within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or project services.
- Strong understanding of IT platforms and services (networking, hardware, app development, cloud computing).
- Experience with ITSM tools and VIP user support; familiarity with AI, ML, and RPA is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL, Microsoft, or Project Management certification is advantageous.
Language Requirements: Preferred fluency in English.
