About the Job:
ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Workflow Architect to join the Customer Outcomes team. This role involves working closely with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. As a Principal Workflow Architect, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow's solutions and services in a client consulting environment.

Job Description:
As a key member of the implementation project team, the Principal Workflow Architect is expected to deliver thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow product capabilities and complementary technologies. Your responsibilities include:

  • Participating in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
  • Designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions with a technical architecture aligned for long-term success, following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
  • Advising customers on how to leverage the ServiceNow platform to enhance their business processes.
  • Guiding customers in completing required documentation related to the technical aspects of the solution.
  • Providing feedback to product development for product improvements based on customer experiences.
  • Leading all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
  • Mentoring field resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices.
  • Maintaining necessary skills and certifications based on team needs.
  • This is a customer-facing role that may require travel across the Middle East region.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult within a customer environment while providing thought leadership.
  • Expertise in IT domains related to ServiceNow products.
  • Experience in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience working with diverse teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications in relevant areas.
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Web Services, XML) and working in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected.
