Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data visualization, business intelligence, and data modeling, with the ability to translate complex datasets into impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and create analytical solutions.
• Optimize and enhance Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
• Implement data modeling best practices and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Automate data workflows and develop ETL processes to streamline reporting.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of data models, reports, and processes to ensure proper data governance.
• Monitor the performance of dashboards and reports, identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks.

Skills, Education & Experience Required:

• 3-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in IT Services within the Information Technology & Software Development industries.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts; experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
