We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) – Business Transformation to join our team in Riyadh. As a Solution Architect in our presales team, you will support and manage strategic ARIS opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as an advocate for Business Process Management (BPM).
- Lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey.
- Engage in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities.
- Address customer inquiries and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
- Mentor and train junior team members on BPM best practices.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as presales, consulting, or as a BPM expert.
- Strong familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc.
- Proven ability to present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay current with BPM trends and methodologies.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience using or implementing ARIS or a similarly mature product.
- Business fluent in English and Arabic.
