As an Analyst Information Security, your primary responsibilities will include:
Specialist Support: Contributing to the planning and organization of work with team members to achieve unit objectives efficiently and in line with quality standards. You will provide constructive feedback to team members to support their overall development while promoting the organization’s values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: You will provide input for and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations to enhance the organization’s information security posture.
Security Monitoring and Analysis: You will monitor security events and alerts using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, analyze security logs and data to identify potential security incidents or anomalies, and investigate security alerts to assess their severity and impact.
Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability scans and assessments to identify security weaknesses in systems and networks, prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities based on risk, and track and report on the status of vulnerability remediation efforts.
Incident Response and Investigation: Assist in responding to security incidents, including containment, investigation, and resolution. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are preferred.
Overall Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar operations, preferably within a Securities/Stock Exchange environment.
Security Tools and Technologies: Assist in managing and maintaining security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and antivirus systems, and evaluate new security tools to enhance the security posture.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of security processes and prepare security reports for management and stakeholders. Assist in regulatory compliance by providing necessary documentation.
Risk and Business Continuity Management: Contribute to the implementation of corporate policies to promote a culture focusing on risk management and business continuity aligned with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Behavioral Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
