About
Talabat has grown to become a major player in the food industry, with its main platform expanding rapidly from a substantial base. We are seeking a Sales Performance Manager who will be instrumental in developing a deep understanding of our performance throughout the vendor journey on Talabat, which includes lead management, acquisition, incubation, and growth (account management). This role involves close collaboration with sales heads across various functions, as well as creating and managing scalable processes to incentivize all functions within the sales team. You will also deliver valuable insights on performance and growth opportunities to the sales performance team and Talabat management.

What’s on Your Plate?
You will be responsible for the comprehensive analysis of the sales performance function, including the development and management of sales bonus payout processes for the UAE sales team. Your focus will include:

  • Devising incentive structures
  • Optimizing sales performance by influencing bonus KPIs
  • Aligning payouts with overall company goals and objectives
  • Synthesizing performance trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Developing clear, visual reporting materials

Additionally, you will engage in stakeholder management by collaborating with function heads to streamline the end-to-end process, conduct in-depth data reporting and visualization for performance metrics, and share insights with management and local sales teams to drive growth.

Requirements
Preferred candidates will be:

  • Passionate about the food industry
  • Experienced with 5-8 years in sales performance
  • Excellent communicators and collaborators at all levels
  • Proficient in data manipulation using SQL
  • Familiar with BI tools for dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio, Looker)
  • Strong analytical thinkers with a proven record of success in complex environments
  • Results-driven with a high threshold for ambiguity
  • Capable of backing their opinions with data and structured analysis
