About the Job
As the Specialist Account Management Performance in the Partner Growth team, you will be responsible for comprehensive sales performance analysis and managing the regional sales bonus payout process. Your role involves conducting time-sensitive in-depth analysis of sales targets and achievements, providing actionable insights within set deadlines, and devising and optimizing incentive structures to enhance sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Influencing bonus KPIs to improve sales performance.
  • Synthesizing performance trends and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Developing and presenting concise, visual performance reports.
  • Providing regular, detailed reporting on performance metrics, team performance, and P&L impact.
  • Sharing insights with management and country managers to drive growth.
  • Offering real-time tracking and insights for local sales teams.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation using SQL.
  • Experience in creating reproducible analyses and familiarity with common BI tools to create compelling dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio, Looker).
  • A curious and creative approach to data solutions, able to back up opinions with data and clear, well-structured cases.
  • Results-driven with a high-quality work attitude and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience in People Analytics, rewards, and incentivization is a plus.
