As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will work on our next generation ordering platform to create a smooth and secure ordering experience for our customers. Role Responsibilities
- Manage the IAM technology stack, which includes monitoring, maintenance, development, and related activities to ensure operational and effective access controls.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to comprehend requirements and lead the design, implementation, or enhancements to our IAM systems.
- Build controls to audit user activity to comply with internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement processes aimed at enhancing end-user experience and bolstering security posture.
- Engage in ongoing technology assessments and stay abreast of technological trends and industry standards.
- Proactively identify gaps and devise solutions for routine issues.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of the IAM cybersecurity landscape, encompassing identity repositories, authentication, authorization, robust authentication methods, and methodologies for privileged access management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or others for coding tasks.
- Familiarity with Active Directory environments, Cloud, IAM, and PAM tools
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, OSCE are a plus
- Team player who can get along with others both inside and outside the company
- Enjoys working in an accomplishment-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
