About the Job
Based in our regional headquarters in Dubai, you will be the main touchpoint between sales and marketing teams, on a regional and local level, focusing on deals and discounts. You will play a key role in enhancing sales and marketing operations, ensuring reporting accuracy, and promoting alignment across teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of effectively communicating with and influencing stakeholders throughout the business.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Act as the regional owner for operations and sales performance on deals and discount campaigns
- Manage regular cadences with local sales teams to drive pipeline management and improve performance on campaigns
- Serve as the primary contact between regional and local marketing and sales teams to ensure strong collaboration for successful in-platform discount campaigns
- Manage monthly reporting to management
- Participate in planning and forecasting for deals and discount campaigns
- Process short-term requests and create related ad-hoc analyses
- Support the definition of new sales & marketing processes while improving existing ones
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in Sales Operations and Strategy, Sales Excellence, or Sales
- Experience in consumer tech, especially e-commerce or food-tech, is a significant advantage
- Ability to work independently and focus on results
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present thoughts in a structured, synthetic, and graphical manner
