TII leads the way in areas such as artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, quantum computing, cryptography, and biotechnology. Within TII, the Cryptography Research Center (CRC) focuses on advancing cryptographic solutions, collaborating with industry players to mitigate digital threats in modern society.
We are currently building and commercializing our proprietary post-quantum protocols and applications to secure enterprise digital spaces.
Position Overview:
As the Lead Android Developer, you will be a pivotal member of the Android platform development team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development of secure and innovative Android applications, ensuring the highest standards of security and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes within the team.
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure alignment and coordination across projects.

Android Development:
- Design and develop secure, high-performance Android applications.
- Implement advanced security measures and protocols to protect user data and privacy.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and frameworks to enhance application development.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in Android development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and native development languages such as C and C++.
- Strong understanding of Android principles, security fundamentals, and mobile application architecture.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
