The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Web Developer passionate about crafting exceptional web experiences. As a global scientific research center, TII leads advancements in various fields including artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, quantum computing, and cryptography. A key part of TII, the Cryptography Research Center (CRC), works on advancing post-quantum protocols and applications to secure enterprise digital spaces.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development:
- Design and implement responsive, visually appealing user interfaces.
- Develop interactive features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers for seamless integration of design concepts.

Backend Development:
- Build and maintain server-side applications using technologies such as Node.js, Django, Flask, or others.
- Implement and optimize database interactions for efficient data storage and retrieval.

Web Application Development:
- Lead end-to-end development of web applications from conceptualization to deployment.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic in collaboration with other developers.

Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to identify and resolve bugs.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high software quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a robust portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with backend technologies and frameworks like Node.js, Django, Flask, etc.
- Knowledge of database systems and web application security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
