The Corporate IT (CIT) group at Visa is undergoing a significant transformation aimed at enhancing customer experience and end-user support. We are consolidating operational functions to provide top-tier support to our end users. As a member of the End User Systems Support team, the Workstation Support Analyst will offer technical support for systems, services, and tools used by Visa's staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware and software support for workstations (physical and virtual), mobile devices, voice & video equipment, and end-user solutions like Office 365.
  • Deliver 2nd level support for escalated workstation and mobile-related issues.
  • Maintain operational support for incidents, including voice and video conferencing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining detailed records using the ITSM Ticketing tool.
  • Install and prepare workstations, ensuring asset control and database accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other support groups to resolve incidents or maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong customer service experience and intermediate networking knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting over 300 users with various hardware/software environments.
  • Competence in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10, MS Office 365, OSX, iOS, and Android.
