The Workstation Support Analyst will play a key role in our Corporate IT (CIT) group, which is undergoing a significant transformation to enhance customer experience and end-user support. As a member of the End User Systems Support team, you will provide hardware and software support for the systems and services utilized by Visa's staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid position. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to end users, addressing issues related to both physical and virtual workstations, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Act as a second-level support for escalated workstation and mobile issues.
  • Conduct daily sweeps of conferencing equipment to ensure functionality.
  • Gather information and diagnose user issues effectively.
  • Maintain incident records utilizing ITSM Ticketing tools like Service Now.
  • Install and configure telephony and mobile hardware/software as required.
  • Ensure accuracy in the asset database of deployed assets.
  • Collaborate with other support groups for issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or more than 2 years with an advanced degree.
  • Strong customer service experience and the ability to communicate effectively with users at various technical levels.
  • Intermediate knowledge in networking connectivity and troubleshooting, as well as local and LAN printing support.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office 365 suite, OSX, iOS, and Android environments.
